Two killed in small plane crash in US

Two people were confirmed dead after a small plane crashed in Texas state in the US, authorities said.

The wreckage of the plane, which disappeared on a flight to Oklahoma, was found Tuesday on a ranch about 10 km from the city of Albany.

Lynn Lunsford with the US Federal Aviation Administration said two deaths have been confirmed, Xinhua reported citing ABC.

A pilot and a passenger were on the single-engine plane flying from Abilene city in Texas to Oklahoma Monday night when it went off radar near Albany.
